It seems like it was only yesterday that the world was introduced to AMC’s Interview with the Vampire. With Jacob Anderson as Louis de Pointe du Lac and Sam Reid as Lestat de Lioncourt, the show debuted to great fanfare and has been a massive hit ever since. Now that The Vampire Lestat has bowed and Queen of the Damned is on the way, we’re feeling a bit nostalgic. IWTV season 1 episode 3 is titled “Is My Very Nature That of a Devil.” Here’s the episode description: “Louis continues his life as a businessman of Storyville; when an old friend comes to town, Louis’s relationship with Lestat is tested; Louis’ business intertwines with growing tensions in New Orleans, leading to a new chapter in Louis’ vampire life.”
This is the smallest assortment of behind the scenes photos, with only two available. It makes us wonder why so few were made available for this episode when the other episodes have at least a handful.
As with the other season 1 photo galleries, you’ll notice that everyone is wearing masks. It’s hard to believe the show was filming during Covid; these photos offer a look at all of the extra precautions that were in place to ensure a safe filming environment.
