The Summer Nights 2025 programming event comes to an end on Hallmark Channel with the premiere of the all-new original movie Catch of the Day.
In addition to Catch of the Day, the Summer Nights 2025 event featured the Providence Falls trilogy and Double Scoop.
Next up is the annual Fall Into Love celebration beginning Saturday, September 6, featuring the Hallmark Channel network premieres of The Groomsmen: First Look, The Groomsmen: Second Chances and The Groomsmen: Last Dance. The celebration wraps up with the premiere of another all-new original movie, Adventures in Love & Birding, featuring Andrew Walker and Rachel Boston.
What is Catch of the Day about?
Here’s the official synopsis of Catch of the Day from Hallmark Channel: “On the eve of becoming a NY executive chef, Sophie returns home to help her family’s flailing restaurant and runs into Cam, an old crush who makes her question everything.”
Who is in Catch of the Day?
Catch of the Day features Emilie Ullerup (Chesapeake Shores, Nature of Love) as Sophie and Michael Rady (Chicago Med, New Amsterdam) as Cam. The movie also features celebrity foodie Katie Lee Biegel (The Kitchen, Halloween Baking Championship) as Abigail.
How to watch Catch of the Day
Catch of the Day premieres Saturday, August 30, at 8pm ET/PT on Hallmark Channel and will be available to stream the following day on Hallmark+ with a paid subscription.
Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Mystery are included in many cable TV packages. You can also access Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Mystery via Philo, Sling TV, Frndly TV, Hulu with Live TV, YouTube TV and Fubo. Hallmark Plus is a standalone streaming service that requires its own subscription; new movies and series episodes are available to stream on the platform day after they air.
