It’s Valentine’s Day and Hallmark Channel is moving into a celebration of love this February with their annual Loveuary programming event. Amy Groening and Evan Roderick star in Because of Cupid, the second movie of the lineup.
There’s a total of four all-new movies in the Loveuary 2026 programming event including The Way to You, Because of Cupid, The Stars Between Us and Romance at Hope Ranch.
We just wrapped up January’s Winter Escape 2026 with five new movies that are now available to stream on Hallmark Plus. The five movies include Missing the Boat, Lost in Paradise, A Melbourne Match, Love on the Amazon, and Caught by Love. As is tradition, many of the movies this January feature warm climates that offer snowbound viewers an escape.

Here’s the synopsis of Because of Cupid from Hallmark Channel:
“Best friends Naomi and Marcus participate in a Valentine’s Day mocktail competition but things go awry when Cupid interferes with a love potion that affects Marcus and several of their friends.”
Who is in it?
Because of Cupid features Amy Groening (The Santa Summit) as Naomi and Evan Roderick (A Tale of Two Christmases) as Marcus.
How to watch Because of Cupid
Because of Cupid premieres Saturday, February 14, at 8pm ET/PT on Hallmark Channel. The movie will be available to stream the day after its premiere on Hallmark Plus.
Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Mystery are included in many cable TV packages. You can also access Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Mystery via Philo, Sling TV, Frndly TV, Hulu with Live TV, YouTube TV and Fubo. Hallmark Plus is a standalone streaming service that requires its own subscription; new movies and series are available to stream on the platform day after they air.
