The first season of The Chicken Sisters featured two restaurants pitted against each other in a battle to win a reality series. The restaurants in question were run by quarreling sisters who had no intention of resolving their differences, not even for Ultimate Kitchen Clash. However, over the course of filming they were brought together again through the magic of some good home cooking. Now, in The Chicken Sisters season 2, everything has been going along smoothly (more or less), but when Ultimate Kitchen Clash airs it brings back some unpleasant memories.
The series is based on the 2020 novel, The Chicken Sisters, by KJ Dell’Antonia.
