My Family Christmas Tree is the newest movie coming to the 2021 Countdown to Christmas celebration on the Hallmark Channel. In this charming and relatable movie, a woman learns through a DNA test that she has a whole family out there that wants to meet her, and the journey to meeting them is as powerful as she hoped.
What Is My Family Christmas Tree About?
Vanessa (Aimee Teegarden) takes a DNA test hoping to find connections to her family. She’s always been alone at Christmas so finding relatives – any relatives – would be a huge blessing. Not only do the results reveal that she has a family, but it’s a big one. Her biological father Richard (James Tupper) invites her to spend the holidays with the family, and he asks a family friend to pick up Vanessa and bring her home for Christmas.
Kris (Andrew Walker) has spent many Christmases with Richard’s family so he’s there to help Vanessa feel welcome when she shows up. When she gets a call from the DNA test company, though, it could change everything.
Who’s in My Christmas Family Tree?
