Missing the Boat on Hallmark Channel — How to Watch

Hallmark Channel has welcomed a new year with Winter Escape 2026. The fourth movie of the programming event is Missing the Boat featuring Emilie Ullerup and Kristoffer Polaha.

There’s a total of five all-new movies in the Winter Escape 2026 programming event including Missing the Boat, Lost in Paradise, A Melbourne Match, Love on the Amazon, and Caught by Love. As is tradition, many of the movies this January feature warm climates that offer snowbound viewers an escape.

If you’re like me and you’re still missing Countdown to Christmas, though, you can still catch all the movies released this season on Hallmark Plus, including A Grand Ole Opry Christmas, An Alpine Holiday, We Met in December, The More the Merrier, The Snow Must Go On, Melt My Heart this Christmas,  Three Wisest Men, A Keller Christmas Vacation, Christmas in the Clouds, Mistletoe Murders, A Royal Montana Christmas and A Christmas Angel Match.

Here’s the synopsis of Missing the Boat from Hallmark Channel:

“Strangers Kelly and Parker both end up on the same Italian cruise, but after missing the boat during a stop, they’re forced to team up and race across southern Italy to catch up.”

Who is in it?

Missing the Boat features Emilie Ullerup (Chesapeake Shores, Nature of Love) as Kelly and Kristoffer Polaha (Jurassic World: Dominion, We Wish You a Married Christmas) as Parker.

How to watch Missing the Boat

Missing the Boat premieres Saturday, January 31, at 8pm ET/PT on Hallmark Channel. The movie will be available to stream the day after its premiere on Hallmark Plus.

Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Mystery are included in many cable TV packages. You can also access Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Mystery via Philo, Sling TV, Frndly TV, Hulu with Live TV, YouTube TV and Fubo. Hallmark Plus is a standalone streaming service that requires its own subscription; new movies and series are available to stream on the platform day after they air.
