The Lord of the Manor has finally been revealed! Passionflix announced that Tyler Cook will play Jesse Ward, bringing Jodi Ellen Malpas’ sexy, enigmatic and troubled alpha hero to life in the upcoming This Man series.
Fans have been waiting on pins and needles for this news. It was a near impossible task to find an actor who would be able to manage Jesse’s sexy smolder with ease; one look at Malpas’ social media to see that she’s fully on board and ready to see Cook become the Lord.
Passionistas are in agreement.
In the teaser, Cook made his case to fans with a smirk and two words: “Zero, baby.”

Who Is Tyler Cook, The New Passionflix Leading Man?
Cook’s acting credits date back to a short film in 2008. Since then, he has appeared in dozens of projects including Modern Family, Parks and Recreation, Shameless and 2 Broke Girls. He also played the Lumberjack in American Horror Story: Hotel.
Passionflix has committed to bringing all three books in the This Man trilogy to life. This Man is the book that started it all, and it was followed by Beneath This Man and This Man Confessed. Cook’s journey with Passionflix is just beginning and fans can expect to see much more of him as the movies come to life.
While there is no release date for This Man, the teaser reveals that the first movie is coming in December 2022.
I am totally disappointed in the choice of Tyler Cook playing Jesse. This Man is my all time favorite story, it’s so intense and almost drove me crazy trying to figure Jesse out. I was so excited when I found out a movie was being made. Tyler, though good looking doesn’t fit.
