Key art featuring projects in development at Passionflix
Passionistas were given a big update about the new projects coming soon to Passionflix. The romance streamer has six projects in various states of development in the pipeline, and there’s lots of reason to be excited. Come Away With Me, Lover Eternal, Beauty From Surrender, Still Beating, One Moment Please and My Summer in Seoul are all coming soon to Passionflix.
Two of the projects are in active development: Come Away With Me and The Black Dagger Brotherhood season 2. Filming has wrapped on the adaptation of the first book in Kristen Proby’s With Me In Seattle series, while production is still underway on the second season of J.R. Ward’s thrilling vampire series.
Passionflix announced in late April that filming has begun on Beauty From Surrender, the scintillating sequel to Georgia Cates’ Beauty From Pain. Beauty From Pain was released in December 2025 and quickly became a hit. Fans have been waiting for news about the second book in Cates’ trilogy, and now we know that Samantha Allsop and Jackson Gallagher are filming the movie as we speak.
Jennifer Hartmann’s Still Beating, Amy Daws’ One Moment Please and Rachel Van Dyken’s My Summer in Seoul were announced in recent months. We don’t know where they are in the production process but it’s safe to assume that scripts are being written and/or finalized, casting is underway and they’ll be heading into full production soon. Given that filming has wrapped on Come Away With Me and is close to being done on BDB season 2, we anticipate that one of these projects (if not two of them) will start production very soon.
