Want to sink your teeth into more from the world of The Vampire Lestat? AMC is delivering just that with a new companion series, The Vampire Lestat: After Dark, which will take viewers on a deep dive into each episode with host Lizzie Bassett and members of the TVL cast and crew.
“We’re thrilled to introduce this must-watch companion show for The Vampire Lestat, a series that has truly captivated a loyal and passionate fan base,” Ben Davis, EVP of scripted programming for AMC Global Media, said in the press release. “After Dark is designed to enrich the viewing experience, with a deep dive into the lore of the show and behind-the-scenes insights from the cast and producers that pull back the curtain on the stories, characters and moments that define this upcoming season.”

Hosted by writer, producer and podcast host Lizzie Bassett (What Went Wrong), After Dark will take fans behind the scenes of each weekly episode of The Vampire Lestat, featuring interviews with series cast and producers, including Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian, Delainey Hayles, Executive Producer Mark Johnson and Executive Producer and Showrunner Rolin Jones.”
When does The Vampire Lestat: After Dark premiere?
According to AMC, The Vampire Lestat: After Dark debuts with a special preview episode on Sunday, May 24 on AMC+ ahead of the full series launch on Sunday, June 7.
How to watch The Vampire Lestat: After Dark
New episodes will roll out weekly on Sundays on AMC+ and be available the next day on podcast platforms where customers can watch on Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube, among others.
Select episodes of The Vampire Lestat: After Dark will air on AMC, including the special preview episode on Sunday, May 31, the season premiere on Sunday, June 7 and season finale on Sunday, July 19.
