The gang’s back together again as the cast and crew of the Gabriel Series gather in the UK to begin work on the upcoming Passionflix movie Gabriel’s Redemption, the third installment of the beloved Sylvain Reynard series.
Passionflix CEO and Gabriel Series director Tosca Musk had this to say: “I am so grateful to have the opportunity to bring this incredibly talented and kind team back together to film in some of the most magical locations in the world. I cannot thank Sylvain Reynard enough for trusting me with this series.”

It’s hard to believe that filming is about to start on the third book in the series, which will once again be divided into three full-length feature films. The Gabriel Series adventure started in 2019 when filming began on Gabriel’s Inferno. All three Gabriel’s Inferno movies were released in 2020, followed by Gabriel’s Rapture Part I in 2021 and Parts II and III in 2022.
Musk posted pictures of her reunion with Gabriel star Giulio Berruti, and she also shared a snap from Passionflix Director of Photography Denis Maloney.
Eagle-eyed fans might have spotted a video on social media featuring Berruti and his co-star Melanie Zanetti in an airport on their way to film.
After three years, there’s no question that the Gabriel cast and crew have grown close. You can see it in their performances and you can see it in their interactions outside of filming.
While Gabriel’s Redemption filming gets underway, work continues on other Passionflix projects. Torn, the sequel to Wicked, premieres on October 27. Filming continues on The Secret Life of Amy Benson; season 1 is due to premiere later this year. The Passionflix team is busy working on a number of new projects, which is great news for Passionistas who can look forward to lots of new content from the romance streaming service in 2023.
