Passionflix Announces Wait With Me Release Date, Reveals Teaser, Poster

Make an appointment to get your tires checked now that Passionflix has set the premiere date for Wait With Me: March 30, 2023. This is welcome news for Passionistas who have been eagerly awaiting the latest movie based on Amy Daws’ bestselling book.

Wait With Me stars Madison Lawlor as Kate, aka Mercedes Lee Loveletter, a romance author known for her steamy sex scenes, and Andrew Biernat as Miles, the tire shop mechanic who can’t help but notice the alluring redhead who has been sneaking into the shop’s Customer Care Center.

Kate has been sneaking into the CCC for weeks after discovering that the center’s relatively peaceful atmosphere, coupled with all the free coffee, cookies and pastries you can eat, have erased her writer’s block and she’s suddenly found herself churning out thousands of words each day. She thought she was flying under the radar until she realizes that Miles knows she isn’t coming in for that much service…. They strike up a friendship, and the attraction between them builds as Kate suddenly finds herself drawn to Miles and his Book Boyfriend vibes. Miles, of course, was smitten from the moment he first spotted her. 

Passionflix also revealed the official poster for the movie. Miles and Kate are standing back to back next to a stack of tires. He’s in overalls, chewing on a piece of licorice while casually looking over his shoulder at her as she smiles dreamily. 

Wait With Me was directed by Colleen Davie Janes, who also directed the hysterical Passionflix romantic comedy Seduction & Snacks based on Tara Sivec’s hilarious book. 

This is an exciting time for Passionflix fans as filming continues on Sylvain Reynard’s Gabriel’s Redemption and fans eagerly await the second season of The Secret Life of Amy Bensen. Passionflix recently announced that they’ve optioned J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood series.
