Poor Baby Jenks just can’t catch a break in The Vampire Lestat, but Ella Ballentine “was twirling” in her wedding dress while filming the big Fang Gang scenes in episode 3. She shared some insight into the dress and how much she enjoyed wearing it on her social media.
Take a look at Ballentine’s post below:

Ballentine gushed over the 1950s-inspired dress and the unique details, such as the black underskirt and red cowboy boots. “I was twirling for all the nights we filmed. Paired with Baby J’s classic pigtails, I was in the zone,” she wrote.
Baby Jenks has had a rough go of things ever since the vampires came into her life. In episode 1, Baby Jenks had a near-death experience that turned her into an oracle on the ceiling as Lestat was tripping balls below her.

Then, in episode 3, Baby Jenks came home as Killer’s (Damon Daunno) new bride, only to find Louis (Jacob Anderson) waiting to exact revenge on the vampire formerly known as Bruce. Though the honeymoon didn’t turn out quite as planned, she looked great in her wedding dress….
Ballentine’s video is one of many social media posts from members of The Vampire Lestat cast. These behind the scenes gems not only offer fans a peek at how key scenes came to life, but they reveal how much fun the cast was having during filming. Joseph Potter, who plays Nicolas De Lenfent, shared a collection of photos and videos from episode 3 and they’re delightful, severed hands and all.
Be sure to catch Ballentine in The Vampire Lestat, airing Sundays at 9pm ET/PT on AMC and streaming same day on AMC+.
