If you weren’t one of the lucky few to make it to The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only LIVE concert at the iconic Beacon Theatre in New York, well, you’re in luck. AMC Global Media announced that the concert will be streamed on AMC+ in August. San Diego Comic-Con 2026 attendees will be treated to a preview of the concert ahead of its release.
The standing room-only concert took place in early June ahead of The Vampire Lestat season premiere. Fans were treated to a performance from Sam Reid and composer Daniel Hart, as well as a screening of the first episode.
Fans who weren’t able to attend will be able to watch The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only LIVE concert on AMC+ beginning Sunday, August 23.
The Vampire Lestat panel at SDCC will take place on Friday, July 24, and it will be the first opportunity for fans to see highlights from the concert production coming to AMC+. This year, the show is heading to the San Diego Convention Center’s largest venue, Hall H. Showrunner Rolin Jones and executive producers Mark Johnson and Hannah Moscovitch will be joined by Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman and Eric Bogosian for a panel discussion about the season after what’s sure to be an epic season finale on July 19.
While cell phone footage of the event was released by fans in attendance, we have yet to see the full concert. We can only imagine what the official concert recording will look like, and it’ll be the perfect cure for our post-season-finale-now-we-have-to-wait-for-more blues.
