San Diego Comic-Con 2026 is on the way and AMC has left its mark on San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. This year, The Vampire Lestat is gracing the gorgeous curves of the Pendry San Diego hotel and the building wrap is finally complete. Take a look!
We were there when KAP Media put the finishing touches on the wraps on Thursday, July 16, almost a full week before SDCC kicks off on July 22.
As you can see, on one side you have Lestat (Sam Reid) in the middle of the design with Gabriella (Jennifer Ehle), Regina (Delainey Hayles) and Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian).
On the other side we have Louis (Jacob Anderson), more Lestat (because of course!) and Armand (Assad Zaman).
The rounded corner windows of the building have the show’s logo on them with the message “stream all episodes,” which makes sense because by the time SDCC starts the season finale will have aired.
Lastly, one of the smaller windows features images of Louis, Lestat and Regina.
In previous years, all of the smaller Pendry windows on J Street had wraps on them, but unless something changes it looks like it’s just going to be this one. Of course, that could change. We’ll keep an eye on things on 5th and J St. and let you know if anything changes.
